However, in the event that a product is no longer available after the order has been placed, W.SCHMITT will notify the cancellation of the order via email. No charge will be made and, in the event of payment already made, the refund will be processed promptly.
W.SCHMITT reserves the right to change the range of available products and their prices at any time and without notice.
5. Price of products
The price of each item is indicated in Euro (€) and includes VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable. Any additional costs, such as shipping costs, will be specified during the purchase process and visible before confirming the order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is carried out in accordance with the options indicated during the checkout process. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. W.SCHMITT is not responsible for any delays in delivery not directly attributable to the company (for example, delays by the courier).
7. Payment Methods

8. Product change
W.SCHMITT offers its customers the possibility to request an exchange of the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer can choose an alternative product of equal or higher value (any price differences will be borne by the customer).
Procedure for the exchange:
- Send a request by email to schmittwalter01 @gmail .com within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Follow the instructions for returning the product. W.SCHMITT will cover the return shipping costs and the shipping of the new product.
- The returned product must be unused , intact, with the original labels and in its packaging.
9. Refund only in case of defective or damaged product
Refund is only available if the product received is defective or damaged . To obtain a refund, the customer must send an email to schmittwalter01 @gmail .com within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching detailed photos proving the defect or damage.
After checking the defect or damage through the images provided:
- W.SCHMITT will confirm the authorization for the return of the defective or damaged product.
- Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
10. Exceptions and limitations
- It is not possible to request an exchange or refund for personalized, made-to-measure, or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
- The exchange can only be made with products available in stock at the time of the request. If the desired product is not available, a credit note of equal value will be offered, which can be used for a subsequent purchase on the site.
11. Legal guarantee
All products sold by W.SCHMITT are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In the event of defects of conformity, the customer has the right to repair or replacement of the product, without additional costs, or to a reduction in price or termination of the contract in the cases provided for by law.
12. Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these conditions, the consumer's Court will be competent.
